African Union of the Blind: HIV/AIDS "Train the Trainers" Manual

A peer education training manual developed as part of the project aimed at promoting the total inclusion and participation of blind and partially sighted persons in HIV/AIDS education programmes in their communities.

It is to be used as a guide during HIV/AIDS awareness and training seminars for blind and partially sighted individuals in Africa. The manual includes training methods that ensure that this group of people participate effectively in HIV/AIDS peer education trainings. Also, it provides guidance on how to make HIV information, education and communication resources accessible to person who are blind or partially sighted.
