Complaints
DCDD highly values a safe environment for our participants and employees. As a network of participants we have committed ourselves to adhere to the shared values as described in the Partos Code of Conduct. For continuous improvement of our work, we are open to receive all type of complaints that regard our policies, activities, communication, or the conduct of our employees.
Complaints are handled by our Focal Person Integrity, currently fulfilled by our Board member Femke Ruinaard, who monitors compliance with the Partos Code of Conduct we endorse. In case you have a complaint regarding our policies, activities, communication, or the conduct of our employees, we encourage you to contact our Focal Person Integrity via complaints@dcdd.nl (kindly put ‘Complaint DCDD’ in the subject of the e-mail). Note that complainants will receive a written response within 4 weeks and that all complaints are taken seriously and treated with respect and confidentiality.
