In October 2016, DCDD met the Human Rights Ambassador, Kees van Baar. Yetnebersch Nigussie, disability rights advocate in Ethiopia was present, together with representatives of DCDD and Light for the World. One of the outcomes was that disability will be included in the human rights training of the Ministry.
