Workshop Target Group-led advocacy: ‘Nothing About Us Without Us’ in Action

In this workshop, DCDD and the Liliane Foundation will illustrate powerful examples of advocacy by youth, people with disabilities, women and other excluded groups, in which they have raised their voice for an inclusive society. Based on these examples, we will have an interactive discussion on different levels of participation and empowerment, solidarity and intersectionality, and how we can all stimulate target group-led advocacy. Be ready to get inspired by creative advocacy methodologies and to reflect upon the approaches of your own organisation!
