On March 22, around 550 primary schools in the Netherlands and 365 in Africa, Asia and South-America will make 1 minute of noise to raise attention for children with disabilities’ right to education. This is part of Liliane Foundation’s campaign ‘We Ring the Bell’ (Wij trekken aan de bel).
Liliane Foundation published a report about inclusive education in low income countries. In these countries, still only 1 of 10 children with disabilities are in school. On March 22, recommendations will be presented to the Minister of Development Cooperation, and some (just elected) Members of Parliament. DCDD -and many other organisations- support the recommendations. Support this campaign >>
